    Four Seasons, Mumbai
    Vikram Reddy, a Four Seasons veteran has recently taken over as the General Manager of the Four Seasons Hotel, Mumbai. A native of the City of Pearls Hyderabad, he has not one but two undergraduate degrees, the first in Accounting and Economics from the Osmania University in Hyderabad, and the second in Business Administration from the California State University in Long Beach. While still in college, Vikram worked part-time in a hotel in Anaheim, California. Before long, he knew it was the only industry he wanted to be in.

    Ranbanka Palace, the first Classic Heritage Hotel in Jodhpur, has recently appointed Prakash Topa as the new General Manager-Sales & Marketing. Prakash comes with an experience of over 20 years in the travel and hospitality industry. Armed with a Bachelor‘s degree from Delhi University and Diploma in Housekeeping from National Council of Vocational Training, he was serving as the General Manager at NIDRA Hotel by C&C Alpha Group in Vadodara.

    Ashwani Goel joins Crowne Plaza Jaipur as General Manager in the soon to be commissioned hotel, wherein he will be overseeing the complete Operations and ensuring the hotel is opened on time and set up for success. Goel comes from Crowne Plaza Okhla, where he was working as an Executive Assistant Manager. Goel brings to Crowne Plaza Jaipur a wealth of industry knowledge in the upscale and business travel segments. He was instrumental in setting high standards in achieving guest satisfaction and profitability for his division.

    Chef Harmender Mathur is an award-wining pastry chef and has recently joined The Imperial, New Delhi as the Executive Pastry Chef. He has around two decades of rich and extensive experience in the hospitality industry. In 1998 he created ‘The tallest cake of the world’ which made an entry in Limca Book of World Records and was also awarded the gold and silver medal for the best innovative desert competition held by the Delhi Tourist Development Corporation (DTDC) known as the ‘Mango Culinary Contest’ in 1997, 1999 and 2000. He is also a certified resource person in Microbiology in Food Production and in food safety and sanitation, a course conducted by US Public Health.
